What was the need of Allianz?
Allianz was targeting an in-house communication platform which will increase in-house communication, let employees express themselves better, increase feeling of belonging and form a synergy. Its focus was employee happiness and satisfaction.
What kind of a solution was developed by SIMTERNET?
SİMTERNET, have launched sosyal@allianz for Allianz Türkiye. By the conversion of content to web 3.0, users were able to create and share interactively, this infrastructure of sosyal@allianz was designed for interaction, shared creation and cooperation.Portal has all the basic elements of in-house communication and at the heart of it there is social network. By using social network features, Allianz employees can create their own profiles, can share on their own pages with this profile, can post text, photos, videos, and post comments.
In addition to social network, portal has applications like CEO and company blog, Bi-Mola event & activity site, company announcements, we are on news, new comers, born today, photo gallery, video gallery, and departmental sites, Allianz Sigorta employees liked the new portal.
